NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
1. HOW TO ENTER: Promotion starts on 6/27/2008, 12:00 a.m. (CT) and ends 7/30/2008, 11:59 p.m. (CT). Submit a 100-word essay about “the most creative way your family has staycationed (or vacationed close to home/at home) in the past.” The essay should also include information about “why you and your family need to escape to CoCo Key Water Resort.” To be considered, your essay along with your name, CoCo Key Water Resort you are closest to, birthday and year, complete address (including zip code), and daytime phone number must be included. Send your entire entry (affixed with sufficient first-class postage) to: CoCo Key Water Resort Ultimate Staycation Challenge, 3700 S. Euclid Ave. #224, Arlington Heights, IL 60005. Or enter online at www.CoCoStaycation.com or www.CoCoKeyWaterResort.com by completing the online application. Online and mail-in entries must be submitted and received by 7/30/2008, 11:59 p.m. (CT). Limit one (1) entry per person, family, home or email address. For those entries that do not specify the closest the CoCo Key Water Resort, judges will make that determination and their decision is final. Entries become sole property of CoCo Key Water Resorts and will not be returned.

2. JUDGING: All entries will be judged on or about 8/1/2008 by a panel of judges whose decisions are final. Entries will be judged on several criteria: essay creativity and need for the ultimate staycation; and geographic representation. The judging panel will then select one (1) winner for each of its seven currently open properties for a total of seven (7) local winners. In addition, one (1) national winner will be selected. Those entries selected may be posted on the Internet at www.CoCoKeyWaterResort.com where consumers may view the entries.

3. PRIZE: Seven (7) local winners will receive a two night stay for a family of four at their closest CoCo Key Water Resort; ground transportation to and from the water resort; $100 food credit and a $50 arcade credit; CoCo Key Water Resort gift pack for the family; a private dinner with CoCo; and 10 one-day water park passes. Prize valued at approximately $1,000 each. One (1) national grand prize winner will be chosen and will receive a two night stay for a family of four at their closest CoCo Key Water Resort; ground transportation to and from the water resort; $100 food credit and a $50 arcade credit; CoCo Key Water Resort gift pack for the family; meet and greet with CoCo and a family photo; 10 one-day water park passes; unlimited day pass visits for a year for a family of four to their local CoCo Key Water Resort; and a $200 gas card. Grand prize valued at $2,200. Total prizes available: eight (8). Prizes must be redeemed by September 30, 2008 or could be forfeited.

4. GENERAL RULES: Open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age at time of entry. Employees of CoCo Key Water Resort, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. No cash equivalents, substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes are sole responsibility of winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. No correspondence regarding the contest and judging of entries will be acknowledged or entered into. Winner must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and where permitted by law, Publicity Release within ten (10) days after receipt of first notification attempt. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification in which case an alternate will be selected. By entering contest and/or accepting prize, entrant grants permission to Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name(s) and/or likeness and essay for purposes of advertising/trade, including right to own, reproduce, alter, amend, edit, publish and use essay, without further compensation to entrant, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of this contest and use of the prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use/redemption of any prize. Entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the contest or in the announcement of the prizes. The judges’ decisions on winner selection and on all matters relating to this promotion are final and binding. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, the Sponsor reserve the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Caution: Any attempt by a contestant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, sponsor reserve the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent of the law. Entries containing materials submitted to other contest(s) or previously published or subject to proprietary rights of third party(s) will be disqualified.
