COCO KEY JINGLE CONTEST OFFICIAL ENTRY RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. ELIGIBILITY: CoCo Key Jingle Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Those under the age of 18 shall have their parent or legal guardian submit entry. Only persons 18 years of age or older may claim prize, if awarded. Employees of CoCo Key Water Resort, Sage Hospitality Resources, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

2. TIMING: Contest starts on 05/18/2009, 12:00 a.m. (CST) and ends 06/10/2009, 11:59 p.m. (CST) and consists of three phases set forth in the chart below. Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the contest.

3. ENTRY CONTENT RESTRICTIONS: Submissions must not violate or infringe another’s rights. Submissions must not contain brand names or trademarks. Submissions must not contain footage, images or artwork not created by the entrant. Submissions must not contain materials that are inappropriate, indecent, obscene, distasteful, hateful, tortuous, defamatory, slanderous or libelous.

4. MAIL IN ENTRY: To enter via mail during the submission phase, submit a :30-:45 second tape of you, your family or you with a group of individuals singing and/or performing the CoCo Key Water Resort Jingle. Do not exceed :45 seconds for your performance. Tapes will be accepted in the following formats: hard-copy beta, DVD, mini-DV, VHS or HI-8. Submissions cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or displayed publicly through any means. Entrants under 18 years old must have a parent of at least one individual in the group be designated as the official entrant. All individuals under the age of 18 in the group must have a signed waiver/release form included.

To be considered for contention, entrants must fill in an official entry form found at www.CoCoKeyWaterResort.com, www.CoCoKeyJingle.com or at the Water Resort front desk of a local CoCo Key Water Resort. This form includes name of the individual(s) in the video (parent/guardian’s name if under 18), CoCo Key Water Resort you are closest to, birthday and year (for the participant(s) and parent(s) if participant is under 18), complete address (including zip code), and daytime phone number. You must also include a 100-word or less essay as to why you think you (your group or your child) should be chosen to participate in an upcoming CoCo Key Water Resort commercial.

Send your entire entry, which includes the official contest entry form, contest waiver/release forms, essay and performance (affixed with sufficient first-class postage) to: CoCo Key Jingle Contest, 3400 W. Euclid Ave., Arlington Heights, IL 60005. Mail-in entries may be submitted no earlier than 05/18/2009, 12:00 a.m. (CST) and must be received no later than 06/10/2009, 11:59 p.m. (CST). Limit one (1) entry per person, family, home or email address. For those entries that do not specify the closest the CoCo Key Water Resort, judges will make that determination and their decision is final. Entry tapes become sole property of CoCo Key Water Resorts and will not be returned.

A signed entry form and waiver/release is due from each member in the video, however only one essay is required per group performance.

5. ENTRY VIA ON-SITE AUDITIONS: On-site auditions for the Jingle contest will be held at each CoCo Key Water Resort property. To participate in an on-site audition, contact your nearest CoCo Key Water Resort for specific dates and times, or visit www.CoCoKeyWaterResort.com or www.CoCoJingle.com and click on your local CoCo Key Water Resort property for all the details. All on-site auditions will be taped by CoCo Key Water Resort staff and/or a hired third party. Recorded on-site performances will be submitted directly to the CoCo Key Water Resort corporate offices in Arlington Heights, IL as entry into the contest. On-site audition tapes become sole property of CoCo Key Water Resorts upon recording and will not be returned nor will copies be made. Limit one (1) entry per person, family, home or email address.

A signed entry form and waiver/release is due from each member in the video, however only one essay is required per group performance. Individuals under the age of 18 must come with a parent or guardian to the audition and/or possess a signed entry form by their parent or guardian.

6. JUDGING: All entry tapes will be judged by a panel of judges whose decisions are final. Entries will be judged on several criteria: creativity of performance, accuracy of the jingle lyrics and geographic representation. The judging panel will then select one (1) winner from each of its ten open CoCo Key Water Resort properties for a total of ten (10) regional finalists. Those selected will then be posted on the Internet at www.CoCoKeyWaterResort.com and www.CoCoKeyJingle.com where consumers will be able to view the finalist entry performances and vote for their favorite. Videos may also be posted by CoCo Key Water Resorts on social networking sites to advertise the contest. Online voting for the Grand Prize Jingle Contest winner will take place starting on 06/19/2009, 12:00 a.m. (CST) and end on 07/13/2009, 11:59 p.m. (CST). Once the online voting period is over, votes will be tallied and one (1) Grand Prize winner will be announced on or around 07/21/2009. Local properties may also elect to award honorable mention prizes for top videos, however these videos will not move forward to the national competition.

7. PRIZE: All contestants will receive a discount coupon offer for a future day pass to CoCo Key Water Resort just for participating. One Grand Prize winner as selected through the Judging Process will be featured in a CoCo Key Water Resort Commercial, a $500 US Savings Bond and will receive four free Annual Passes to their nearest CoCo Key Water Resort, which allows for free access to their local CoCo Key Water Resort for an entire year; CoCo Key Water Resort merchandise; a $25 arcade card; and $25 food credit. Grand prize valued at approximately $1250. Prize must be claimed by August 31, 2009 or could be forfeited. Prizes may be substituted at CoCo Key Water Resort’s discretion.

8. WINNER REQUIREMENTS: Should a group win any prizes listed above, only the main entrant listed on the official entry form will be awarded the prize. Should more than one person be listed, the first name that appears on the entry form will be deemed the winner. Only one prize may be awarded per individual or group. All decisions are final.

9. LIST OF WINNER: For name of winner(s), available after 7/31/2009, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: CoCo Key Jingle Contest Winners List, 3400 W. Euclid Ave., Arlington Heights, IL 60005 by 8/31/2009 or visit www.CoCoKeyWaterResort.com.

10. SPONSOR: This promotion is sponsored by CoCo Key Water Resorts, 3400 W. Euclid Ave, Arlington Heights, IL 60005.

11. RELEASE: By participating, entrant(s) agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotional agencies from and against any claim or cause of action including, but not limited to, personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

No correspondence regarding the contest and judging of entries will be acknowledged or entered into.

Winner must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and where permitted by law, Publicity Release within ten (10) days after receipt of first notification attempt. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification in which case an alternate will be selected. By entering contest and/or accepting prize, entrant grants permission to Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name(s) and/or likeness and essay for purposes of advertising/trade, including right to own, reproduce, alter, amend, edit, publish and use essay, without further compensation to entrant, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of this contest and use of the prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use/redemption of any prize. Entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.

Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the contest or in the announcement of the prizes. The judges’ decisions on winner selection and on all matters relating to this promotion are final and binding. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Caution: Any attempt by a contestant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent of the law. Entries containing materials submitted to other contest(s) or previously published or subject to proprietary rights of third party(s) will be disqualified.
