COCO KEY NAMED IN AQUATICS INTERNATIONAL MAGAZINE’S BEST OF AQUATICS ISSUE
Wins “Best Overall Commitment to Aquatics”
LOS ANGELES (September 14, 2009) – This November, CoCo Key Water Resorts will be among eleven world-class public aquatics facilities honored by Aquatics International magazine in its eleventh annual Best of Aquatics issue. Each year the contest celebrates outstanding facilities of all varieties— including government, nonprofit and privately owned operations.
CoCo Key Water Resorts – Milwaukee, Wis., was chosen for Best Overall Commitment to Aquatics, an award which recognizes organizations that operate more than one aquatics facility.
This year’s other winners are:

All winners will be featured in a special Best of Aquatics supplement to the November/December issue of the magazine. All entries were judged by an independent panel of five industry experts. Judges considered factors including programming, promotional materials, aquatic amenities and community involvement.
“The awards are that much more special because they are judged by a panel of peers,” said Aquatics International Editor, Gary Thill. “Competition for these awards is fierce so these facilities really are the best of the best.”
