Kids love the immediate access to our gigantic indoor waterpark and Key Quest Arcade. For adults, there is the Wet Rooster Bar for delicious poolside refreshments and the relief you will feel in knowing that we'll take care of everything so you can sit back and enjoy the party! With two party types to choose from, you can make the right choice for your family and your budget!

CoCo Arcade Party (no water park access):
- $12.95 per person: Monday – Thursday
- $14.95 per person: Friday - Sunday
CoCo Parrot Pool Party:
- $19.95 per person: Monday - Thursday
- $34.95 per person: Friday - Sunday
Includes choice of pizza or hot dogs, unlimited soda, birthday cake with inscription, $5 arcade card for all guests, and a goodie bag.
Minimum of 10 children, includes 2 free chaperones.
Want to upgrade your birthday party memories? You can add the following to your party to make it more enjoyable, memorable and exciting for your kids and guests! Please contact Lori directly to add on these treats:
- Invitations: theme your whole party with CoCo Key and use our CoCo
Key invitations at $5/dozen
- All Day Swim: spend the day with us and give the kids an all day treat by making upgrading to an all day swim in the water park for $10.00 more per person
- Hoodsies Ice Cream: top off your birthday cake with Hoodsie ice
cream cups at only $1 each
- Dippin' Dots: enjoy the Dippin' Dots craze by adding cups for the
kids at $3 each
- Additional Arcade Cards: with a birthday party, your kids will get
$5 arcade cards but you can add more on to give them that much more
action on the games and prizes. Add on dollar amounts in $5 increments!
