Looking for a truly unbelievable birthday party for 10 or even 100? Look no further. With private rooms available for rent and our professional splashy staff, CoCo Key Water Resort is a wonderful place to hold birthday parties for any age.

Kids love the immediate access to our gigantic indoor waterpark and Key Quest Arcade. For adults, there is the Wet Rooster Bar for delicious poolside refreshments and the relief you will feel in knowing that we'll take care of everything so you can sit back and enjoy the party!  With two party types to choose from, you can make the right choice for your family and your budget!

CoCo Arcade Party (no water park access):

• $12.95 per person: Monday – Thursday
• $14.95 per person: Friday - Sunday

CoCo Parrot Pool Party:

• $19.95 per person: Monday - Thursday
• $34.95 per person: Friday - Sunday

Includes choice of pizza or hot dogs, fruit snacks, unlimited soda, birthday cake with inscription, $5 arcade card for all guests, and a goodie bag.

Minimum of 10 children, includes 2 free chaperones.
