Can I drop off my kids or do I need to go in?

All children under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult age 18 or older. Everyone entering the park must purchase admission. Children under 24 months are free of charge.

What is the cost for the CoCo Key Water Resort to a Mt. Laurel Marriott guest?

Water park access is included with the purchase of a water park package room. A variety of packages include CoCo Key Water Resort access for up to 4 people per room and extra day passes may be purchased based on availability upon check-in.

Are towels provided or do guests bring their own?

Guests are advised to bring their own towels from home. CoCo Key does not provide towels to day pass guests.

Can guests bring their own outside food and drinks into CoCo Key Water Resort?

Because CoCo Key Water Resort is concerned about your safety, glass containers, coolers, ice chests as well as food and beverages of any kind are not permitted inside the park. For guest convenience a Pizza Hut Express, an A&W Snack Shop and the Wet Rooster Bar are located within the water park.

Can baby food be brought into the water resort?

Baby bottles and commercial baby food are welcome. Please be sure to put them in plastic bottles/containers to protect little feet!

Is there any place to get food and beverage at CoCo Key Indoor Water Resort?

Within CoCo Key Water Resort families can enjoy both our A&W Snack Shop and our Pizza Hut Express. Beverages and light snacks are also available at the Wet Rooster Bar. The Mt. Laurel Marriott also offers the ML Prime Bar and Grille with a full menu of salads, entrées, and modern American favorites.

How long are the wristbands valid?

Daily color-coded wristbands will be issued at hotel check-in. Wrist bands entitle hotel guests to use the water resort from park opening time the day you check in until park closing time the day you check out. Day Pass wristbands are valid based on operating hours for an individual day.

Can CoCo Key Water Resort be reserved for parties without an overnight guest room?

CoCo Key Water Resort accepts reservations for birthday party packages without an overnight guest room on a space-available basis. Visit our packages page for more information on birthday party packages.

Is CoCo Key Water Resort close to the Mt. Laurel Marriott?

The water park is attached to the Mt. Laurel Marriott at the ground level. A separate entrance to the hotel provides quick access to guest rooms without the need to enter the main lobby.

Is a traditional swimming pool available?

In addition to CoCo Key Water Resort, the Mt. Laurel Marriott has an outdoor traditional recreational pool, for registered guests. A fitness center is also available for those wishing to exercise during their visit.

Are day passes available for the use of CoCo Key Water Resort?

The water park is available to registered water resort overnight package guests of Mt. Laurel Marriott. Day passes will be available to the general public on a capacity availability basis. What if I have a club or group that wants to experience the CoCo Key resort?

What happens if a wristband needs to be adjusted or is lost?

Guests with a paper wristband in need of an adjustment must have the Front Desk remove and replace the wristband for a $2.00 charge. Guests with an RFID wristband in need of an adjustment must have the Front Desk remove and replace the wristband for a $5.00 charge. Lost wristbands will be replaced with a full price fee.

Are there changing areas and locker facilities available at CoCo Key Water Resort?

There are men's, women's, and family changing/rest room areas available, complete with lockers as well as showers. Lockers are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis.

What about water safety? Are there lifeguards?

We are vigilant about the safety and security of all guests. Licensed lifeguards staff CoCo Key Water Resort at all times during normal operating hours. Safety rules are posted at each pool and attraction. Nevertheless, we urge parents to teach their children about water safety prior to visiting the water resort. Please be sure non-swimmers or weak swimmers wear USCGA approved life vests. Complimentary life vests are available at CoCo Key as well on a first-come, first-served basis. The traditional outdoor swimming pool at the Mt. Laurel Marriott is not staffed with lifeguards and children who visit the swimming pool must be accompanied by an adult.

Are there any height restrictions for children riding the slides?

For the safety of all children, certain attractions do require height requirements even when accompanied by an adult. Shark Slam, Barracuda Blast & Pelican Plunge have a minimum height requirement of 48 inches. Parrot's Perch slides have a minimum height requirement of 40 inches.

Are swimming goggles permitted?

Flotation devices of any kind are not permitted inside the water park other than those provided inside the water park.  Swimming goggles are permitted with the exception of on the slides and at the discretion of the lifeguards.

Are there any health restrictions relative to the water park attractions?

It is recommended that persons with preexisting medical conditions or who are pregnant not participate. Guests having an obvious communicable disease, skin eruption, open cut or sore, lesion, or eye, ear, nose or throat infection are not permitted in the water. Each individual is encouraged to evaluate his or her own ability to participate.

Is there an arcade or game room in the water resort?

CoCo Key Water Resort's Key Quest Arcade features over 50 state-of-the-art electronic games. The arcade opens one hour before the park and closes one hour afterwards.

Are children that wear regular diapers permitted in the water resort?

Children who wear diapers are required to wear a swim diaper for health and safety reasons. Water-specific diapers are available in the water resort for a nominal fee. Please use the changing facilities located in the rest rooms to change diapers.

What is CoCo Key Water Resort's reservation and cancellation policy?

Individual reservations must be guaranteed to a major credit card with the first night deposit placed on the card at the time of booking to be considered confirmed. Reservations canceled within 72 hours of the arrival date are nonrefundable. Reservations may be confirmed by check. However, checks cannot be accepted for reservations made within 8 days of an arrival date. For Group and Birthday Party Package reservations and cancellation policies, please call 877-494-COCO.

How many people do your guest rooms accommodate?

The guest rooms at the Mt. Laurel Marriott are able to accommodate 4 guests.  Rollaway beds cannot be placed in rooms with two double beds for our guests safety.

What are the check-in and check-out times at the hotel?

Check-in time is by 4 PM, or as rooms become available. Check-out time is 11 AM. Guests staying past the 11 AM check-out time may be assesed a late check-out fee.

What benefits will Marriott Rewards Members have with the Water Resort?

Like many of our sister resort properties, Marriott Rewards points may be used towards your room, but not for additional resort features - in this case, the water resort.  Day passes would need to be purchased separately if you are redeeming points to stay.

Weather Policy

CoCo Key Water Resorts takes the safety of our guests very seriously.  As a result we follow specific guidelines with regards to inclement weather.  During periods of inclement weather some or all attractions may cease operation temporarily.  This includes outdoor attractions as well as indoor attractions which are affected by lightning storms.  In the event that some or all attractions are temporarily shut down for inclement weather, CoCo Key will make every effort to re open attractions as soon as conditions permit safe operation.

Is there a dress code in the resort?

Inside the resort guests wishing to participate in swimming activities must be wearing a lined swim suit.  Resort attire is appropriate when inside Coco Key.  Outside of the resort, shirts, Shoes, and shorts are required. This includes all lobby areas, arcade, and hotel common areas.

Does CoCo Key Water Resort accept donation requests?

Yes CoCo Key Water Resort is committed to supporting its community.

Due to the overwhelming number of requests, and in an effort to provide charitable organizations and causes with more substantial donations, CoCo Key Water Resort Mt. Laurel will be randomly selecting a total of four donation requests (limited to town and state wide non-profits and events that directly benefit children or educations causes) to received one family four pack of tickets each month.

Random selection will occur twice a month, providing two family four pack of tickets to two randomly selected donation requests on both the 15th and 28th of each month. After each selection is made all contacts for requests received during the two week time period will be notified, regardless of whether they will be receiving a family four pack of tickets or not.
