What are the Water Resort hours?

Are there changing areas and locker facilities available at CoCo Key Water Resort?

Men's and women's changing facilities are complete with showers and security lockers. Security lockers are available for a day rental fee of $6.00.


Are towels provided in the resort?

CoCo Key encourages day pass guests to bring their own towels from home.  CoCo Key ONLY provides towels guests staying at the hotel.  Overnight guests will receive their towels in their rooms upon check-in.  All resort towels must remain in the resort. Souvenir logo towels are also for sale in several locations within the resort. 

 


Can guests bring their own outside food and drinks into CoCo Key Water Resort?

Because CoCo Key Water Resort is concerned about your safety, glass containers, coolers, ice chests as well as food and beverages of any kind are not permitted inside the park. For guest convenience, the Gator Grab N Go and the Wet Rooster Bar are located within the waterpark.


Can baby food be brought into the water resort?

Baby bottles and commercial baby food are welcome. Please be sure to put them in plastic bottles\containers to protect little feet!


What age is a child required to have an adult chaperone?

Children 15 years or younger are required to have adult supervision. Teens 16 and older can enjoy CoCoKey unaccompanied by an adult. (Town of Middleton, MA)


Are there any health restrictions relative to the waterpark attractions?

It is recommended that any persons with pre-existing medical conditions, women who are pregnant or those with a sensitivity to chlorine not utilize the water attractions. Each individual and/or guardian is encouraged to evaluate the ability to participate


Is there a hot tub in the water park? 

Yes, there is a hot tub in the water park.  It is restricted to guests 16 years and older.  For health reason, we cannot allow guests under 16 years of age permitted in the hot tub. 


Is the water chlorinated?

All attractions in the water park are chlorinated and filtered. Attractions are tested frequently throughout the day by trained and certified staff to verify that water quality is at the guidelines determined by state and local agencies.


What preparations are needed to use the waterpark?

Showers are recommended by ALL water resort participants before and after use. This will aid in keeping the resort environment as safe and clean as possible.


Is there a dress code in the resort?

Inside the resort guests wishing to participate in swimming activities must be wearing a lined swim suit.  Resort attire is appropriate when inside Coco Key.  Outside of the resort, foorwear and a cover-ups are required. This includes all lobby areas, arcade, gym and hotel common areas.


Can I purchase my admission at the door? 

All day pass visitors are required to book their reservations in advance.  You can book all admissions HERE.  All passes are subject to availability and the only way to guarantee entrance is with an advanced, online purchase.

What are check-in and check-out hours?

Check-in time starts at 4:00 p.m. Waterpark guests may use the waterpark and changing facilities beginning at 4:00 p.m. on their arrival day. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Strict compliance ensures arriving water resort guests timely access to clean accommodations. Departing water resort guests are welcome to make complete use of CoCo Key Water Resort and changing facilities until 4:00 p.m. on the day of their departure. However, guests must vacate their room by 11:00 a.m. on their scheduled departure date at which time the key card will expire.


Do children under the age of 2 years pay to enter the water resort?

Children 23 months or YOUNGER have complimentary access to the water resort. Those children 24 months or OLDER are required to purchase access to the water resort. Children who wear diapers are required to wear a swim diaper for health and safety reasons. Water-specific diapers are available in the water resort for a nominal fee.


Do non-swimmers need to pay to enter CoCo Key?

All guests entering CoCo Key (swimmers and spectators) are required to purchase and wear a water resort wristband.


What is CoCo Key Water Resort's reservation and cancellation policy?

Individual reservations must be guaranteed to a major credit card to be considered confirmed. Reservations canceled within 72 hours of the arrival date are nonrefundable. For Water Park Group and Birthday Party Package reservations and cancellation policies, please call 978.777.2500.


What is CoCo Key's policy during inclement weather? 

CoCo Key Water Resorts takes the safety of our guests very seriously.  As a result we follow specific guidelines with regards to inclement weather.  During periods of inclement weather some or all attractions may cease operation temporarily.  This includes outdoor attractions as well as indoor attractions which are affected by lightning storms.  In the event that some or all attractions are temporarily shut down for inclement weather, CoCo Key will make every effort to re open attractions as soon as conditions permit safe operation.

During all storms in which lightning is present within a 5 mile radius, ALL bodies of water will be closed.  When lightning is present within a 10 mile radius, outdoor attractions will be closed. 

In the event that some or all attractions are temporarily shut down for inclement weather, CoCo Key will make every effort to re-open attractions as soon as conditions permit safe operation. Refunds will not be given for inclement weather.

Can CoCo Key Water Resort be reserved for parties without an overnight guest room?

CoCo Key Water Resort accepts reservations for birthday party packages without an overnight guest room on a space-available basis. Advanced reservations are required. Visit our Groups & Parties page for more information.


Is there an exercise facility at the CoCo Key Hotel & Water Resort - Boston?

Yes, the Atlantis Sports Club is available exclusively to HOTEL guests ONLY. Offering a cardio-room at no charge; swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, weight room and lockers for a fee of $5.00 per person, per day.  


Which days are the least crowded at CoCo Key?

During our summer hours, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are the least crowded days in the water park. During the school year (when we are typically closed Mon-Wed), Thursday and Sunday afternoons tend to be the least croweded days in the Water Park.


What is the most affordable way to experience CoCo Key?

Overnight stays provide the greatest value. You receive a hotel accommodation and 4 water park passes. Specials can also be received by signing up for CoCo mail or check our website for internet deals!


What are the computer software requirements to purchase and print tickets?

Adobe Flash Player 10 or greater must be used in placing your online order
·         To find which version you are currently using, click here where your personal “Version Information” will be listed
·         Click here to download latest version of Adobe Flash Player
Screen Resolution must be set at a minimum of 1024 X 768
·         To view and/or change your resolution right click on your desktop, select “Screen Resolution” or “Display Properties” and adjust as needed
Connection Speed Minimum for dial-up modems is 56k.


Why can’t I see the bottom of the order screen?  I am unable to see the Continue, Add to Cart, Back, or Checkout button.

Please adjust your screen resolution.  You can do this by right clicking on your desktop, selecting “Screen Resolution” or “Display Properties” and adjusting the resolution to at least 1024 X 768.

 


When I select “Buy Now”, why do I get a white screen in the middle of the site/the screen keeps loading and/or nothing happens?

If you are using an iPhone, iPad or an older MAC, these are not Flash Player compatible.
Security settings set too high can prevent you from purchasing.  Higher security settings are sometimes used in the following:
·         Work or public computer
·         AOL Internet Browser
·         Computer with security protections such as “Nanny Guard”


How do I print my ticket(s) at home?

Print@Home technology allows you to print your tickets from your computer printer and go straight to the gate at the park. You will be asked to register each ticket after the purchase is complete.

  • You may register each ticket by clicking on the Print@Home logo on the order confirmation screen; or you may register and print your tickets from your email confirmation.
  • If you do not know the name of the person(s) who will use the ticket(s) at time of purchase:
    • You may wait to print order until you can properly register all the names.
    • You may select to print tickets individually, printing only the tickets you have registered with a name.


Why do I have to register each Print@Home ticket?

For security reasons, including deterring online fraud, each guest must show photo ID matching the name that is printed on the ticket at the turnstiles. Only young children without Student ID will be allowed entry without ID.

 

For organized groups only, tickets may be registered in the name of the group. The group leader may be asked to show photo ID.

 


Can I change the registered name after a ticket/pass is printed?

Daily Tickets
Yes, you may change the name on your Print@Home Daily Tickets. Simply refer to your e-mail receipt and click the web link to the Print@Home site where you originally printed your tickets. Make the desired correction and reprint the ticket.
Season Passes
Yes, but name changes made to unused Season Passes must be made by Guest Relations Staff at the park.


What if I cannot print my ticket(s)?

Please check the following:

  • Make sure all of the fields on the registration screen have been populated with individual ticket holder’s name.
  • If printing from the registration screen, try printing from your email receipt.
  • Try using a different internet browser.
  • Be sure to read your email receipt for complete instructions.
  • Check to make sure your printer is plugged in, properly connected and turned on.
  • Make sure that all color and black ink cartridges contain ink and are working properly.  (If you are not sure that you have ink, please print a test page such as an email or a photograph.)
If you are still unable to print your tickets, please go to the Guest Relations Booth at the park on the day of your visit. The Guest Relations staff will be able to look up your order and print your tickets for you.
You will need to bring the following:                                           
  • The last 4-digits from the credit card used to make your purchase
  • Photo ID
  • If available, your email receipt or your order confirmation number


What if I lose my ticket/Season Pass?

For Print@Home ticket, please reprint your tickets by following the instructions in your email receipt.
You may also have Guest Relations at the Park reprint your ticket/pass on the day of your visit.  (Fees may apply.) 
You will need to bring the following:

  • The last 4-digits from the credit card used to make your purchase
  • Photo ID
  • If available, your email receipt or your order confirmation number


Can I pick up my Print@Home ticket(s) at the park?

A "will call" option is not available at this time; however, if you are unable to print your tickets, please go to the Guest Relations Booth at the park on the day of your visit where the Guest Relations staff will be able to look up your order and print your tickets for you.
You will need to bring the following:

  • The last 4-digits from the credit card used to make your purchase
  • Photo ID
  • If available, your email receipt or your order confirmation number


Do tickets have an expiration date?

Date-specific tickets are valid only on the specific dates shown. Tickets and Season Passes without specific dates are valid during the current operating season.

 


What is the refund policy for tickets?

Tickets, Season Passes and vouchers are non-refundable. Please be sure you have selected the correct park, the correct tickets and the correct number of tickets before completing your purchase. The published Terms & Conditions state "no cancellations, refunds, rain checks or exchanges."

 


What if I made a mistake when ordering items from this site?

Please note:

  • Before you make your final purchase, carefully review your selections. We do not offer refunds for any tickets purchased online or at the gate.
  • If you made a mistake with the order, please contact the park directly.


I can't complete the order because I don't know all of the information about the pass holder. What should I do?

You must have all of the information necessary to complete the online order. If you do not have all of the information, you may purchase a pass directly from the park.
